Refund Policy 

RushRoot Return Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2025

At RushRoot, we want you to love our high-protein drinks and supplements as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. This Return Policy applies to all orders placed through rushroot.com and complies with California state laws.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return products purchased directly from nutfit.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, except as noted below.

  • Eligible Products: Returns are accepted for RushRoot drinks (e.g., 28g protein cans), supplements (e.g., protein powders, bars, vitamins), and bundles, subject to the conditions above.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rushroot.com or 1-800-xxx-root.

  • We’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please include photos of the issue when contacting us to expedite the process.

  • In California, you’re entitled to a remedy for defective products under the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. We’ll process these requests promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

 

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Email support@rushroot.comwith your order number, product details, and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the Product: Securely package the unopened product in its original condition, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (for defective/damaged items) or ship to our California facility at your expense for standard returns:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll notify you via email about your refund approval or replacement.

 

4. Refunds

  • Standard Returns: For eligible returns, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 10 business days of receiving the product. California law prohibits unreasonable delays in refund processing.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Full refunds, including shipping costs, or replacements are issued at no cost to you.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns, per California’s consumer protection standards.

  • Non-Returnable Cases: If a product is opened, used, or returned after 30 days (unless defective), no refund will be issued, except where required by law.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on rushroot.com.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost if preferred over a refund.

 

6. California Consumer Rights

  • Under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), you have the right to clear and accurate information about our return policies. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact us at support@rushroot.com or seek legal recourse as permitted by law.

  • For defective products, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement without unreasonable conditions, and we’re committed to honoring these rights promptly.
