These Terms comply with California law, where NutFit is based.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Website or purchase Products. By using the Website, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where you exercise your CLRA right to pursue claims in court. You waive the right to class actions, per California’s consumer protections.
Small Claims: You may bring claims in small claims court in your county of residence in California, as permitted by law.

9. California Consumer Rights
